To Navigate Between Photos:

Select A Photo Gallery/Event (Upper Right Hand Corner)

Simply "Click" On Top Of The Photo To Navigate To The Next Photo

You Can Also Use The Right & Left Arrow Keys To Move Through the Photos

Any Photo Can Be Saved To Your Computer:

On A PC Right Click, Then Click "Save Image As"
